GnuDialer is a complete predictive dialer for contact centers. Written in c++. It's a multi-process OOP. GnuDialer supports inbound, outbound, blended, preview, and auto campaigns. The agent can dispo, hangup, pause, conference and record calls.
- Our contibution :
Voximal has forked the GnuDialer project to a more simple Dialer to generate automatic outgoing calls campain. The Dialer use the Voximal VoiceXML application to interract with the called users.
